Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted? Step away from the noise and reconnect with yourself through a deeply restorative forest sound bath experience.
Join sound therapist Randy Lovelace for a guided outdoor sound bath meditation in the peaceful surroundings of the forest. Using crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and therapeutic sound frequencies, this immersive experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and support deep relaxation and emotional restoration.
After a short walk into a serene wooded setting, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness beneath the trees while soothing sounds gently guide your body and mind into a meditative, restorative state.
Many participants leave feeling deeply relaxed and grounded, mentally clear and emotionally lighter, and more connected to themselves and the natural world around them.
