About the Event
This interactive 45-minute workshop blends somatic movement, guided mindfulness, and whole-person psychiatric insights to help you soothe your nervous system and understand your body’s signals. Participants will learn 2-3 minute breath and movement tools for somatic regulation that can calm the stress response anywhere, anytime. They will also learn pattern recognition, including how to track and understand what drives changes in mood, sleep, energy, and focus. The workshop offers integrative insights into how lifestyle, stress, medication, and biology connect in whole-person mental care. Finally, each participant will leave with a personal practice: one small, sustainable habit tailored to their current needs to take home.
