About the event
Join us outdoors for an honest, interactive session on neurodivergent pattern recognition, and how the Pattern Pivot framework can help you work with your survival patterns instead of against them.
Many of the patterns that once protected us—burnout, people-pleasing, masking, avoiding boundaries—can start to feel exhausting rather than helpful. In this interactive outdoor session, we’ll explore how these survival patterns show up, especially for neurodivergent adults, and leave with a few small, sustainable ways to work with these patterns instead of against them.
No prior experience needed. Come as you are, ready to walk, reflect, and connect with others navigating similar things.
Presented by: Dr. Quỳnh-Hương N. Nguyễn, M.Ed. (She/They/Chi/Chanh), M.A., Ph.D., Neurodivergent Coach & Founder of Patterns Pivot. Learn more at patternspivot.com.
