About the event

Slow your pace, breathe a little deeper, and let the trail set the rhythm. This Restorative Nature Walk introduces Shinrin-yoku, the Japanese practice of "forest bathing," as a simple way to ease tension and settle the mind alongside others seeking the same calm.

The walk will be led by our practice owner, Elizabeth Pennington, LPC-S, RPT-S, and Forest Therapy Guide.

Want to bring the kids? Campfire Kids runs at the same time, so you can each have your own space to recharge then come back together.

Come as you are: comfortable walking shoes, breathable clothing, a hat or sunscreen, and a water bottle go a long way.

Everything else, let the forest and our team take care of! See you there!
