About the Event
Parenting a minor or adult child with special needs can bring joy, connection, and challenges that others may not fully understand. Room to Breathe offers a welcoming space for parents and caregivers to share experiences, feel supported, and make room for their own needs. Through guided discussion, reflective activities, and practical tools, participants will explore caregiver stress, emotional regulation, mixed feelings, boundaries, asking for help, and connection with their children. This group encourages meaningful relationships and small, realistic steps toward caring for yourself while caring for your family. Sessions are held online to make participation more accessible for busy parents and caregivers. Sharing is invited, never required.
