About the event

Join Wildwood Acres Healing Garden for a guided plant identification walk featuring plants native to or commonly found in the area. We’ll explore how to recognize them, their traditional uses, and the importance of positive identification before harvesting.

Through this workshop, participants will learn how to identify common local plants using their leaves, stems, flowers, and other distinguishing features.

Campfire Kids is available at the same time, allowing kids and parents to join their respective events to each have their space to be restored in nature before coming back together.

This is a free event. Please bring comfortable shoes and a notebook if desired.
