EMDR Sports Performance for Teen Athletes
Many high school athletes look confident on the field, but privately they may be struggling with pressure, anxiety or fear of making mistakes.
Between school, competition and expectations from coaches or teammates, the mental side of sports can become overwhelming.
Our EMDR Sports Performance program helps athletes work through these challenges so they can compete with greater confidence, focus and emotional resilience.
As someone who played soccer from age 6 through Division 1 college athletics, I understand firsthand how intense the mental side of sports can be. That experience helps me connect with athletes and support them through the unique pressures they face.
Using EMDR, attachment-based, and person-centered approaches, sessions help athletes process difficult experiences, rebuild confidence and strengthen their mindset both on and off the field.
For younger athletes, the program includes three athlete sessions and one parent session so families can better support their child’s growth in sports and in life.
Sessions are available in English or Spanish.
If your teen athlete is struggling with pressure, confidence or emotional regulation in sports, we would be happy to talk and see how we can support them.

Attachment-focused, trauma therapy, for children, adults, families.
