Join us for our next Third Spaces gathering, a guided Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) experience designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
Forest bathing is a gentle practice of mindfully engaging your senses in nature. Together, we’ll notice the sounds, textures, and rhythms of the forest while allowing the body to soften and restore.
Adults 18+ are warmly invited to join Elizabeth Pennington, LPC-S, for this facilitated experience. No experience needed. Just comfortable clothing, curiosity, and a willingness to move gently.
