About the event
Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin-yoku, is a gentle, guided practice of slowing down and mindfully engaging your senses in nature. It’s not a hike or a workout—it’s an invitation to be present, to notice the sights, sounds, textures, and rhythms of the forest, and to allow your nervous system to soften and restore.
Adults 18 and over are warmly invited to join Happy Camper founder Elizabeth Pennington, LPC-S, for a facilitated forest bathing experience. This offering creates space to reconnect with yourself, deepen your relationship with nature, and experience the quiet power of community.
No experience required—just curiosity, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to slow down. Come as you are and let the forest meet you there.
