Therapy for Adults
Body + mind
Anxiety is not “all in your head.” We teach grounding, breath, and somatic skills so your body can stand down from constant threat mode.
Worry & perfectionism
We explore what keeps worry cycling—often including past experiences, attachment, or unrelenting standards—and build new responses that fit your life.
EMDR & trauma roots
When anxiety is tied to unresolved trauma, EMDR and paced processing can reduce the charge behind triggers—not just manage symptoms on the surface.

Anxiety therapy
Our clinicians combine practical CBT-informed tools, attachment understanding, and EMDR when appropriate. You will not be told to “just relax”—we treat anxiety as a whole-person experience.

Who this is for

Trauma-focused EMDR and burnout support may complement anxiety treatment—we will help you map a coherent plan.

What to expect
We begin by mapping your anxiety patterns and what already helps—even a little. You will receive concrete tools early, not only after months of talk.
Book a consultation to discuss format (office, telehealth, nature) and whether EMDR belongs in your plan.
