Therapy for Adults
Paced and collaborative
EMDR helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they feel less overwhelming. We follow standard protocol with flexibility for your nervous system and life context.
When sitting still is hard
For some adults, outdoor EMDR and walk-and-talk reduce dissociation and restlessness—using movement and nature as part of bilateral stimulation.
Childhood to recent events
We treat attachment wounds, medical and religious trauma, betrayal, grief, and single-incident trauma—with safety planning always first.

Trauma therapy
Many adults arrive feeling stuck, hypervigilant, or numb. Therapy focuses on stabilization and resources first, then processing when you are ready. Our clinicians are trained in EMDR and trauma-focused, attachment-informed care.

Common questions
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy designed to help people recover from trauma, anxiety, and distressing life experiences.
Through bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements), EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel overwhelming. It is widely used for PTSD, but also effective for anxiety, grief, chronic stress, and negative self-beliefs.
We focus on nature-assisted EMDR and comprehensive child and family therapy—including play therapy, concierge mobile services, and experiential outdoor work when clinically appropriate.
Our clinicians have particular depth with trauma related to childhood and attachment, medical experiences, and religious or spiritual harm.
Many clients find us when searching for specialized, experiential care—not only traditional talk therapy in an office.
All sessions are 45–50 minutes, including mobile play therapy, parent coaching (telehealth), in-home family therapy, and individual counseling for teens and adults.
Yes. We offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth for parent coaching, therapy for older children and teens (when clinically appropriate), and individual adult clients.
Online sessions use our secure client portal and the Telo online playroom for developmentally appropriate child and family work.
Telehealth is available in Texas, Idaho, and Michigan.
Session fees typically range from $65–$300 per session, depending on the type of service, setting (in-home, mobile office, nature-based, or telehealth), and your therapist’s credentials.
