Not just “think positive”
Depression is not a character flaw. We address the beliefs, grief, trauma, and nervous-system patterns that keep you stuck—while building routines that support energy and connection.
When everything feels heavy
We work at a pace that respects how depression affects sleep, appetite, focus, and relationships—building small, sustainable steps instead of overwhelming homework.
Trauma · grief · burnout
When low mood is tied to unresolved trauma, loss, or chronic stress, EMDR and paced processing can reduce the charge behind the heaviness—not just manage symptoms on the surface.

How we work
Depression therapy may include:
Frequency and depth adjust as you stabilize—we meet you where you are.
Who this is for

Anxiety, trauma/EMDR, and neurodivergence-affirming therapy are available on the same pillar when needs overlap.

What to expect
We will explore mood patterns, daily demands, and what support would actually help—not what you “should” be able to do.
You do not need to be in crisis to begin. Reaching out is enough.
