We work with your wiring—not against it. Sessions may focus on executive function, sensory regulation, unmasking, and building a life that fits your neurotype.
Not laziness
Burnout from masking, overstimulation, or years of being misunderstood is real. We name it, pace treatment accordingly, and build accommodations that actually help.
When neurotype meets stress
Neurodivergence often overlaps with anxiety, trauma, and depression. Nature-based and movement-friendly formats are available when sitting still is hard or sensory needs matter.

Neurodivergence therapy
Happy Camper clinicians offer neurodivergence-aware practice without asking you to mask harder. We build skills, accommodations, and self-compassion that fit how your mind and body actually work.

How we work
Neurodivergence therapy may include:
Session structure can adapt to attention, energy, and sensory needs—we meet you where you are.
Who this is for

Depression, anxiety, and trauma/EMDR therapy are available on the same pillar when needs overlap.

What to expect
We will explore your neurotype, daily demands, and what support would actually help—not what you “should” be able to do.
You do not need a formal diagnosis to begin. Curiosity and a desire for change are enough.
