Individual Therapy for Adults

Your story, your pace

One-on-one therapy for adults navigating stress, relationships, identity, and emotional health—with approaches tailored to your goals, not a one-size-fits-all manual.

Therapy for Adults

How we support you

You lead the goals

Collaborative care

Therapy is a partnership. We start with what matters most to you—whether that is mood, relationships, grief, or feeling stuck.

Your clinician draws on evidence-based approaches while honoring your values, culture, and readiness for change.

Meet where it works

Flexible formats

Sessions may be in office, via secure telehealth, or outdoors through walk-and-talk and nature-assisted formats when clinically appropriate.

Beyond the session

Skills that last

You will leave with practical regulation tools, clearer self-understanding, and a plan you can use in real life—not only insight on the couch.

Support for what adults bring most often

Stress and overwhelm, relationship strain, grief and life changes, identity questions, depression and anxiety, trauma history, and the tension between achievement and wellbeing. We integrate EMDR, CBT-informed skills, and nature-based options when they fit your goals.

Outcomes clients describe

More clarity, regulation, and connection

Many adults report feeling less alone with hard emotions, more confident in relationships, and better able to set boundaries that protect their health. Progress is paced for safety—especially when trauma is part of the story.
