Therapy for Adults
Not just push through
Burnout is depletion—not weakness. We address the beliefs and systems that keep you overgiving, and rebuild rest, meaning, and limits that stick.
Divorce · career · loss
Major changes bring grief, identity questions, and practical stress. Therapy offers a steady place to sort decisions and honor what you are leaving behind.
Leaders & high performers
High achievement often hides anxiety, trauma, or emptiness. We name it without pathologizing your drive—and build skills that support both results and wellbeing.

Transitions & burnout
Happy Camper provides adult therapy for caregivers, professionals, parents, leaders, and anyone carrying more than one role at once. We combine practical planning with emotional processing so change is sustainable—including discreet care for executives, clinicians, and founders.

Common questions
Yes. Many adults come to us for persistent worry, overwhelm, perfectionism, and the emotional toll of high-demand careers or caregiving.
Therapy focuses on practical regulation skills, understanding patterns, and building sustainable coping—not just “talking about feelings.”
We focus on nature-assisted EMDR and comprehensive child and family therapy—including play therapy, concierge mobile services, and experiential outdoor work when clinically appropriate.
Our clinicians have particular depth with trauma related to childhood and attachment, medical experiences, and religious or spiritual harm.
We especially welcome clients drawn to outdoor, play-based, or family-centered care. Many families find us when looking for more than a traditional office-only experience.
We are actively growing services in these areas:
All sessions are 45–50 minutes, including mobile play therapy, parent coaching (telehealth), in-home family therapy, and individual counseling for teens and adults.
Yes. We offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth for parent coaching, therapy for older children and teens (when clinically appropriate), and individual adult clients.
Online sessions use our secure client portal and the Telo online playroom for developmentally appropriate child and family work.
Telehealth is available in Texas, Idaho, and Michigan.
Session fees typically range from $65–$300 per session, depending on the type of service, setting (in-home, mobile office, nature-based, or telehealth), and your therapist’s credentials.
